Reverse logistics is one of the most challenging parts of a small business. Apart from the excessive cost, it also involves high carbon footprint, torn packaging, possibility of product damage & longer timelines. As such we humbly request you to reach out to us incase you have any doubts or query regarding our product(s), via email or by whatsapping us on +91 7042478571. Exchange Policy
- If you want to exchange your product for another product or colour, please write to us within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Email us on info@aulive.in with your order number, name of the product(s), along with photographs.
- The product should be shipped back in perfect, unused condition along with its original packaging and any other promotional items that were sent with it.
- It can be shipped back to us via Delhivery Direct or any other certified courier service. The address will be shared with you via email.
- On receiving the product(s), our team will inspect and if it is found that the product(s) is/are damaged because of not adhering to the terms mentioned above, the exchange will not be considered and the product will be shipped back to you as is.
- If approved, a fresh piece of the same product or the product of your choice will be shipped to you.
- If there is any cost difference between the two products, either a credit note for our store will be processed immediately or we will send you a payment gateway link via our payment gateway partners.
Return Policy
- Please note we don't accept returns for customised or personalised orders.
- If you wish to return a product, write to us within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Email us on info@aulive.in with your order number, name of the product(s), along with photographs.
- The product should be shipped back in perfect, unused condition along with its original packaging and any other promotional items that were sent with it.

- Any product(s) purchased in Sale or Discounted offer is/are subject to return/cancellation charges.
In case of faulty and damaged product, it is subject to the packaging and casing being returned in good condition. Faulty or damaged product must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch with a prior intimation of such via email.
In case you receive an incorrect product which you haven’t ordered, it should be returned to Aulive in its original packing. After investigating the case, correct product will be dispatched.
